Our immaculate waterview beach house is located in a boating community in Southold, New York, only a mile from the historic village of Greenport.

It's the perfect place to relax and take in the North Fork's pristine beaches, award-winning wineries, antique shops, art galleries, and many other attractions including the U.S.'s 6th largest water park.

With three bedrooms (including one master bedroom with full private bath and cable TV) plus an additional sofabed in a separate living area--all with featherbeds--you'll have plenty of room for everyone. And with a full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and all cooking equipment and utensils, you'll feel right at home.

During the day you can enjoy the view from a large deck with an outdoor living room set, two grills, two umbrellas, and a dining table that opens onto to a very large yard.

At night, enjoy two living spaces that both have working fireplaces. The family room has a huge sectional with a built-in recliner on one end while the other converts into a full bed. A 27-inch TV has cable as well as a VCR and DVD player. There's also a stereo with a six-changer CD player in the room.
